Mindfulness has become quite a fashionable word these days. To a point where, perhaps, there is a bit of confusion what it is all about. And to a point, where some of us might even reject the concept behind it because we see it being advertised on so many platforms.

Not just since 2020 (...), but for some time now, many people might find themselves increasingly overwhelmed by the challenges of the modern life in the first world. A busy daily schedule, targets at work, lots of rules(!), little time to relax, tense human interaction, even lack of inspiration and perceived lack of purpose. 

We want to inspire you to accept such challenges as what they are and make them work to your benefit. Mindfulness can show you ways how to de-clutter your mind and how to be more self-aware in order to tackle those challenges . We want to share ideas how to adapt the concept of mindfulness into your all-day busy life. Learn how to use climbing as a form of active meditation and open yourself to a new, modern approach to living in a society that would benefit from being a bit more at peace with itself. On this day we will be in nature, with nature. We will talk, share ideas and experiences (to an extend you are comfortable with), we might meditate for a bit, we will (of course!) climb and we will hopefully walk away feeling a bit lighter and ready for life and everything it throws at us!
